A mandatory consultation is required before beginning 1:1 Soul Work sessions. This is a chance for us to connect, get to know one another, and explore whether this work is the right fit for you at this time. During this call we: • Discuss what Soul Work entails and the commitment it requires • Explore your current challenges, goals, and intentions • Ensure that you feel safe, supported, and ready to step into this process • Give you the space to ask any questions and get to know me on a personal level This consultation helps us both feel confident that we are entering this work in alignment, creating the best possible container for your transformation.
